La visita guiada al museo y al campo en si es espectacular. Hicimos la excursión desde Varsovia, no nos gustó el conductor del viaje. Iba muy rápido y no nos daba la total confianza.

El día anterior nos cambiaron la hora de salida, tres horas más tarde, sin ninguna explicación. En Auschwitz, el guía, al que habíamos esperado 20 minutos en la puerta con el conductor que nos llevó desde Varsovia, entró con el grupo, mientras había tres personas en el baño. Tras ayudarnos otro guía, nos rescató. La visita, superrápida y masificada, en las escaleras nos cruzabámos varios grupos a la vez, sin tiempo de ver fotos o leer los carteles. Parecía una visita a una fábrica de salchichas

The day before they changed our departure time, three hours later, without any explanation. No recomiendo hacer esta actividad desde Varsovia. Son 4h y pico desde Varsovia hasta Auschwitz, de ida y otras tantas de vuelta. La visita en el campo no me gustó. Visitamos Auschwitz y Auschwitz-Birkenau. La visita dura aprox. 2h15min. En la parte 1 visitamos algunos bloques, los bloques están vacios, hay exposiciones de objetos y fotos. En la segunda parte vimos el campo de Birkenau y entramos a un barracon con los catres. Nos cambiaron la hora de recogida de lás 07:00 a.m a lás 03:30 a.m.

I do not recommend doing this activity from Warsaw. It's 4 hours or so from Warsaw to Auschwitz, one way and just as many back. I didn't like the visit to the countryside. We visited Auschwitz and Auschwitz-Birkenau. The visit lasts approx. 2h15min. In part 1 we visited some blocks, the blocks are empty, there are exhibitions of objects and photos. In the second part we saw the Birkenau field and entered a barracks with the cots. They changed our pick-up time from 07:00 am to 03:30 am

Lo que es el lugar es interesante por la historia que tiene, pero lo que es el recorrido lo hacen súper rápido, yo pensé que nos contarían cosas que quizás no sabía (ya que creo que todas las personas que lo visitaban leen sobre ello y se informan)El guía no me descubrió apenas nada nuevo.¿Recomiendo visitarlo? Si, porque es impresionante visitarlo, pero ojalá tengan más suerte con el guía. En Auschwitz-Birkenau la visita te la hacen prácticamente corriendo, una pena la verdad.

What the place is is interesting because of the history it has, but what the tour is, they do it super fast, I thought they would tell us things that perhaps we didn't know (since I think all the people who visited read about it and know inform)The guide hardly discovered anything new to me. No me gusto que cambiaron la hora de recogida 11 horas antes. Cuando compre el tour decía que recogían a las 7 am en el hotel. La tarde anterior cuando ya no podia cancelar el tour porque no me reembolsarían an el dinero, recibi un mensaje cambiando la hora de recogida para las 4:15am lo qué me parece demasiado temprano. Además innecesario porque al llegar era muy temprano y nuestra entrada al campo era a las 9:45 am. Nos hicieron madrugar en extremo para luego tener que esperar en auschwitz

I didn't like that they changed the pickup time 11 hours earlier. When I bought the tour it said that they picked up at 7 am at the hotel. The previous afternoon when I could no longer cancel the tour because they would not refund my money yet, I received a message changing the pick-up time to 4:15am which seemed too early to me. Also unnecessary because when we arrived it was very early and our entrance to the field was at 9:45 am. They made us get up very early and then have to wait in Auschwitz

Muy interesante lo que es la.excursio en los campos,lo único malo,es que desde Varsovia no es una excursión recomendable,casi 4 horas de autobús de ida y otras tantas de vuelta,se hacen muy pesadas... Mejor hacerla desde Cracovia. Translate this opinion into English.
