Contratamos guía en Español.el guía hablaba español pero no fluido si inglés igual guía muy amable se preocupo por comunicarse y nos mostro lugares donde comer comida polaca típica, nos enseñó las marcas y como se producían las diferentes vodkas ,muy amable .

Necesito hacer un reclamo. Primero el punto de encuentro estaba mal y tuvimos que ir a otro lugar que era cerca de donde estaba, en consecuencia gaste plata para trasladarme. Después los guías eran en inglés y no hablaban español, en la reserva decía que era bilingüe. Solicitó el reintegro d tour

La descripción de la actividad es muy pretenciosa. Se prueban distintos tipos de vodka en bares que están muy distanciados unos de otros y sin mayor interés en ellos. Se anda mucho para ver una antigua fábrica de la que no queda nada. El guía puso buena intención, pero la excursión no mereció la pena. La contratamos en español y el guía a penas lo hablaba. Le dijimos que lo hiciera en inglés, pero tampoco habló mucho. ¡Lástima de 2 horas! Además estuvimos mi pareja y yo solas con él: aburrido.

1- Horas antes nos avisaron si era posible hacer el tour en Español e inglés, xk no tenía nivel elevado de castellano. Avisamos k 1 no entendía muy bien el inglés y dijeron que hablaría en castellano principalmente. No fue así, TODO EN INGLES, 1 de traductora. 2- pagamos autobus cn nuestro dinero a pesar del dineral k pagas. 3-TOTAL DEGUSTACION DE VOZKA 5, NO 10. No tenemos ninguna queja en cuanto al guía(intentaba hacerse entender),pero nos parece k la descripción de la actividad en un engaño.

El tour contratado fue TOUR DEL VODKA POR VARSOVIA EN ESPAÑOL. Nos cambiaron el tour y además en inglés. El guía estuvo MUY BIEN y preocupado porque todo su tour se entendiera (aunque fue en inglés) nuestro reclamo es a CIVITATIS porque nos cambió de tour a otro que no fue contratado.

Desengaño total. 1contrato tour español,se pusieron en contacto con nosotros indicando que el guía estaba malo que si podríamos hacerlo en inglés. Le indico que nos tendrían que traducir que varios de los asistentes no hablan inglés a lo que me dicen que el guía hará todo lo posible. (De hecho el guía se portó súper bien). 2 la actividad en la web indica degustación de 10 tipos de vodka y fueron solo 3 3No vimos el museo de vodka polaco ni paseamos por el barrio de Praga. Pésima gestión

Reservamos la actividad, y nadie se presentó ahí. Tuvimos que contactar con la empresa privada que hacía el tour y no sabían nada sobre la reserva. Hoy, ha pasado un mes de eso, y no nos han devuelto el dinero. Quien los ha gestionado así de mal?
