Nos recogieron en un vehículo que tenía luces de alerta prendidas, el conductor manejó muy rápido. Me tocó super incómoda la silla durante seis horas de viaje. Llegamos y había mucho desorden nadie sabía nada, el recorrido está bien pero no se le escuchaba ni se le entendía bien a la guía. Salió y se fue y no dejó preguntar nada. Cuando salimos del recorrido no encontrábamos el transporte porque no entró al parqueadero por no pagar. La guía en el sitio de supercracow que no sabía nada.

Segundo o bilhete que comprei (no valor de 143€ por pessoa). A atividade tinha: "Duração: 15 horas Idioma: A atividade é feita com um guia que fala português." Não só a atividade não teve esta duração, como o idioma não era português como referiam, a guia falava em espanhol (não tenho razão de queixa relativamente ao seu trabalho). Por preços muito mais baixos, conseguem comprar noutros sites a mesma experiência que eu tive (tempo/ idioma).

Confirmamos que houve uma mudança imprevista no idioma, da qual fomos notificados com bastante antecedência. Pedimos desculpas por qualquer inconveniente e por qualquer transtorno causado em relação à duração da atividade. Nós o compensamos adequadamente.

He puesto normal ,por varias cirscunstancias. No me pareció correcto que solo 14h antes de la salida se cambiara al recogida de las 7 AM a las 4.10AM. Sin explicación,. Campo Austwicht 1 , me pareció muy "turistico" , y nos faltó ( igual por la cantidad de gente) el impacto del horror. Birkenau , creo que debería alargarse 1/2 h la visita, y recorrer el campo en silencio . En cuanto a la guía fue correcta, pero aseptica. Fue una explicación sencilla , sin dar datos que no se hubieran leido.

Tuve ciertos problemas de comunicación con el proveedor, no son ni atentos ni amables, uno de los mensajes no lo contestaron hasta pasadas las 8 a.m. y el tour comenzó a las 7:15, menos mal que pude confirmar la hora antes. El conductor muy atento y eficiente, un 10 para él. El guía, fue a soltar su discurso, en el segundo campo no se le oía las explicaciones éramos un grupo muy grande. La experiencia un 10, muy interesante pero no da tiempo a poder verlo más detalladamente, todo muy apresurado.

La visita nos gustó mucho y todo bien organizado. Eso sí, es una paliza de trayecto, hacer esta excursión desde Varsovia, son muchos kilómetros y te pasas medio dia en carretera. Contratamos esta excursión por sus buenas reseñas y nos decepcionó un poco. El transporte fue perfecto, recogiéndonos en la puerta del hotel a la hora prevista. No dudamos de la formación y del conocimiento del guia, pero si que de su expresión en español. Se notaba que no lo dominaba del todo y las explicaciones se quedaron muy cortas, limitándose en muchos casos a leer los pies de foto. Esperamos que este tipo de cosas se tengan en cuenta para veces futuras.

We booked this excursion because of its good reviews and we were a little disappointed. The transportation was perfect, picking us up at the hotel door at the scheduled time. La visita bien aunque hay cierta desorganización con los grupos y cuesta hasta que se organizan en la entrada del museo. Y dentro la explicación es súper rápido. No da tiempo a escuchar, ver y hacer una foto.. Y el viaje desde Varsovia muy lento. Íbamos con una furgoneta que podía ir a la velocidad que marcaba la autovía y nos adelantaban hasta los camiones. La guía parecía que no había ido nunca. Con el GPS ahí mirando y a veces a 20 por hora.. Costó más de 5 horas llegar y otras tantas volver.

Todo bien. El chófer Kris un encanto, realmente amable y nuestra guía Margarita nos explicó de forma clara cómo era la vida en el campo. Como negativo me gustaría decir que que 12 horas antes de la excursión recibimos un mensaje en el que nos cambiaban la hora de recogida en el hotel de las 7.00 am a las 5.45 am justificando que había mucho volumen de visitantes.......me.extraña que no lo supieran dos semanas antes cuando contraté....

Lamentablemente fueron 8 horas viajando para estar 3 horas y media. En el "tour" nos llevaban a las corridas, los grupos se mezclaban y la guía hablaba bajito y casi sin aliento. Si realmente te interesa Auschwitz es mejor comprarse la guía en la tienda y recorrer a tus tiempos valorando y respetando el lugar. Una lástima después de todo lo que trabaje para pagar el viaje y la excursión haya pasado esto.

The time in Auschwitz was good. The trip there and back was not good. Driver had limited English + was not the best driver + would not turn off the radio (even after being asked) so we all listened to talking in polish on the radio + he did not seem to know places to stop on the way. Hicimos el trayecto de 8 horas (4 horas ida, y 4 vuelta) en una furgoneta, y uno de nosotros tuvo que ir entre el conductor y otro pasajero, sin poder extender las piernas y con el cambio de marcha clavado en una de las piernas. Perdimos además mucho tiempo en la carretera porque la otra furgoneta chocó de frente con otro vehículo. por suerte, no hubo heridos. Recomendamos hacer esta excursión desde Cracovia, pero desde Varsovia con estas condiciones, no merece la pena.

Nuestros proveedores procuran contar con los vehículos más cómodos y adecuados según el tipo de actividad que se vaya a realizar. Hemos informado al proveedor al respecto y nos ha confirmado que el modelo de coche es el correcto y que no se han recibido más quejas al respecto. Nos fue bien, puntuales. Tuvimos un pequeño accidente de automovil sin ocasionar daño fisico. Fue culpa del otro chofer del otro carro no del nuestro. Lo unico es que tardaron mucho en enviar otra unidad. Esto fue al regreso. De ahi todo el viaje estuvo muy bien! Muy responsables. Como siempre recomiendo a uds!!
